Sugar Rush or Carb High?

Sleeping in used to be one of favorite things to do.  On an average night I would stay up until 4:00 AM watching pointless TV shows then usually sleep in until noon or later, but since the move I have been trying to wake up bright an early so that I can be more productive during the day.  This new schedule haws opened up a whole new world of foods for me...breakfast foods!  I have become quite partial to my early morning meals, one in particular the "S'more's Pop Tart".


When I'm not feasting on the sugary's pastry my second favorite breakfast meal is the sesame seed bagel, toasted with lots of cream cheese.  I know its unhealthy but instead of coffee I drink a cold Dr.Pepper.


These are just a couple of my favorite ways to eat my most important meal of the day, but i'm always looking for something new to try, so let me know what is your favorite breakfast meal?

  3. breakfast sandwiches are really easy to make. just get english muffins, bacon, cheese and eggs. toast the muffins for 5-6mins, do the bacon in a pan, then the eggs take 2 mins afterwards, put cheese on top, done!
